Here are some health tips just in case you plan to reduce your weight or belly fat . If you are wearing a saree or lehenga, your tummy lurking out would ruin your entire look. If you have got belly fat, it makes your outfit doesn't suit you. In order to look amazing, you could go for some fitness tips.

Go for a diet low on sugar and low on carbs(carbohydrates). Since eating a lot of carbohydrates and even salt could cause blotting in your stomach and make you fat. It doesn't mean that you totally quit eating salt because in summers you really need intake of salt. Just minimise the amount. Also, don't quit carbs, just make the quantity less. You would see results very soon.

A regular exercise could do wonders to your body. If you are not exercising and sitting on a chair eating all the day and even if you are sitting on a chair but eating healthy , it would not give your results. For good results, you need to start working out. Working out makes you feel good and helps you reduce stress also. You must consume more healthy things. Go for fruits, coconut water, watermelons to keep yourself hydrated. Drink more water and green tea to burn fat. You could also go for low sugar ice creams and low fat yoghurt if you want to eat something delicious. You could go to some health cafes and have amazing food there. This all would keep you results very soon.
