Health is an important aspect in order to be mentally, physically and socially healthy . If a wedding is approaching in your house and if it is not, you need to focus on your health in both the cases. It is very important to maintain your health on a daily basis . You cannot just afford to compromise with your health. To look good, you must focus on your health . A good health and a fit body could be achieved with a regular exercise and eating healthy . If you dont work out and eat good on a regular basis then you cannot just afford to miss out in it and you would not have to worry at the times of weddings and parties approaching.

1. Eating healthy. You must consume fresh and simple food . Fried , oily and spicy food could give you acne . Acne would make your face look ugly and oily food could make you fat .
2. Dont avoid cheese but maida. Its the carbs that make you fat . Although wheat is generally good . But maida is a carbhohydrate which could make you gain weight . Cheese would never make you as fat as maida does .
3. Drink more water and if possible, drink green tea. Atleast for twice or thrice a day . It would help your body detoxyfy and would help you lose weight .
4. Eat more fruits and green vegetables. Eating good makes you look good . Good food i.e. fruits and green leafy vegetables curb your hunger and do not make you fat . They are also a good source of vitamins and minerals .
