  3. You must drink more and more water. The more water you drink, the more fit you are. It detoxifies your body. It makes your body clean.
  4. You must have green tea twice or thrice a day. It is an antioxidant and would definitely help you shred weight.
  5. Remove rice from your dinner. Rice is high in starch and carbohydrates that could make you fat
