It's very important to follow a healthy diet when you're preparing to look good on purpose. If you have any wedding season arriving, you need to eat good. As you know, just putting up the makeup won't do everything. Your attire looks good only when you're in a good shape. You cannot get into shape in a matter of a few days, it takes long time. A month or so is needed if you want to make your self healthy. Here are some of the tips we would like to give you .

  1. Join a yoga class or gym. It will help you burn whatever you eat. It's very important to do some physical exercise on a regular basis. It keeps you disease free and increases your immunity. It keeps your blood circulation good.
  2. Eat more fruits. Fruits have vitamins , fibres, carbs (in little amount) and minerals.  They keep you energetic and fresh and also do not contain much calories. These are things which taste amazing and do not make you fat. You could go for dry fruits too. They keep your skin glowing .
  3. Increase your protein intake. Protein help your muscles build and reduces your fat. Proteins make you toned and look fit.
  4. Reduce your carbohydrates. Carbohydrates make you fat because they you do not work out and take the energy out provided by the carbs, they accumulate into your body and make you fat.
  5. Drink more water. You could also go for juices and coconut water. Coconut water helps you reduce weight and contains lots of minerals providing you energy.
  6. Drink green tea. Green is an antioxidant. It helps you reduce more.
  7. Most of all, stay happy as it keeps your face bright and glowing.
