  2. Eat more fruits and green leafy vegetables. They contain the adequate amount of vitamins and minerals. Consuming them would not only help you shred weight but also help you get shine and grace on your face.
  3. Drink green tea twice or thrice a day. Green tea does wonders to your body. It is an antioxidant and helps you reduce weight. 
  4. Add protein to your diet. Adding protein does not really helps you reduce weight but it is a good substitute for carbohydrates and helps build muscles.
  5. Drink more water. Since its summers, you would definitely need it to keep yourself hydrated and it helps remove toxins from the body.
