When you wear a lehenga, you want to your stomach not to appear bulging out. In order to avoid this, you need to eat healthy. Here are some of the things you must add to your daily routine:

  1. Do have a green tea when you wake up. Green tea acts as an antioxidant and helps you reduce weight and acne both. You could have it thrice a day for better results.
  2. You need to reduce the consumption of carbs. Just know, carbs are what make you fat , cheese doesn't. Carbs provide you energy to work. If you're intaking carbs but not utilising the energy anywhere then it will convert into fat. Add salad, green vegetables, protein and fruits to your diet.
  3. Drink more water. Water helps you lose weight and detoxifies your body . It eliminates the waste from your body.
  4. Add more fibers to your diet.


Do not consume any nutrient in excess, your diet should have all the nurtients in good amount. If you reduce your carbs a lot , then you would fall weak and sick.
