To look good, you must keep exercising on a regular basis. Exercising does things that no make up could do. You must exercise on a regular basis. Food you consume also matters a lot. People are now inclined towards fast food. They consume it on a daily basis which is really sad. On one hand you wish to look good and on the other hand you consume unhealthy food. No make up could make you look as good as a  healthy diet and exercise could do.  We  have become couch potatoes and we just sit use our phones and laptops and then we worry why we are gaining weight . Here are some tips you could follow.

  • Eat more fruits and fibres. Fruits are low on carbs and are very healthy. They are rich in minerals and vitamins. Also, it is not even difficult to have them You don't have to prepare them and then eat. You just simply take it and eat.
  • Drink more water. Drinking more water helps you remove all the toxins and waste from the body. It also helps you reduce weight.
  • Drink green tea. You must have green twice or thrice day. It is an antioxidant and helps you reduce weight. It also makes your skin clean and glow.
  • Do not reduce your consumption and do not skip your meals. Eating less could make you weak and skipping your meals could slow down your metabolism.
  • Avoid fried and oily food. They would make you fat. They would even give you acne , pimples and other health problems.
  • Exercise for sixty minutes a day. It would help you release stress and keep you disease free and healthy.
