Nobody wants a tummy lurking out when you are wearing the saree or lehenga of your dreams. No body wants to look fat when you're in a good formal suit. When the wedding season comes, everybody gets nervous about their looks . Everybody starts working upon their diet and body. To look good is everything when it comes to marriages and weddings. Here you would all need some health tips .

  1. Go for salads instead of chapatis. Salads contains green leafy vegetables and you could also add mayonnaise to it. Mayonnaise and cheese are something that doesn't make you fat despite being a fat product. It is not the fats that make you fat , it is the intake of carbohydrates that makes you fat. You could consume little amount of fats in your salad.
  2. Go for green tea and black coffee. Green tea is an antioxidant and acts as an weight loss thing. It helps you reduce weight and helps you get rid of acne. Black coffee is something which does not store in your body and simply helping you burn fat and helps in removal of toxins. But too much of coffee consumption could be harmful.
  3. Avoid having Chai(tea). Chai could cause blotting in your stomach. When its a wedding time, the blotting could make you look fat. So avoid it.
  4. Use brown bread over white one. Brown bread is more healthy and nutritious. You could go for wholesome wheat bread. This would be really good for health.
  5. You could consume more sprouts and seeds. Cheeya seeds is something which helps in weight loss. You could go for it.
