Hot chocolate brownie is the pick for most of the people . Dessert is loved by everyone and especially when its a chocolate . Dessert is an important part of the wedding.  So if you are planning for a good food menu then hot chocolate brownie must be there on the menu . Brownie is just a way to escape from the monotonous sweet dishes that every wedding menu has .  To make your dessert menu outstand, there should be something that is very delicious and is unique . 

Everyone is bored of the same gulab jamun, jalebi and halwa . Brownie adds to the excitment and success of a wedding . Also, brownie is pick of most of the youth these days . Young generation would not get their hands on the indian sweet dishes but they would love eating brownie and other chocolate stuff . 

Also, chocolates dont make you feel heavy . You just experiment it .  You eat one chocolate brownie and one gulab jamun at different times . Gulab jamun would fill your stomach more and make you feel heavy when compared to eating chocolate brownie.

You must also have seen more number of gathering near the stalls of brownie than the people gathered over a stall of indian sweet dishes. 

Its not that indian sweets are losing their essence but these chocolate made stuffs are preferred by the people these days . 

Also, you could arrange for variety of brownie in order to gain the interest of the guests more. Another thing is that when this hot chocolate brownie is served with vanilla ice cream, it would totally please the guests .
